Civics learning as the executor of 21st century is evidence transformation scientific progress and renewal implementation education. required to be able increase student participation in its digital-based environment. Therefore, teachers must not forget their duties a medium create skilled intelligent young citizens by character nation. This study examined application applied through digital strengthening democratic native students. used literature method involving studies related research theme. The results this indicated that 1) model support learning, 2) Digital-based could means for students strengthen character, 3) participation. Learning was develop vision had educational generative values skills according nations.
