چکیده
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects replacing soybean meal (SBM) with a fermented corn gluten-wheat bran mixture (FCWM) on nutrient digestibility, lactation performance, plasma metabolites, ruminal fermentation, and bacterial communities in Holstein cows. Nine healthy multiparous (parity = 3) cows similar body weights (624 ± 14.4 kg), days milk (112 4.2), yields (31.8 1.73 kg; all mean standard deviation) were used replicated 3 × Latin square design periods 28 d. Cows fed 1 dietary treatments which FCWM replaced SBM as follows: basal diet no replacement (0FCWM); 50% (50%FCWM); 100% (100%FCWM). diets formulated be isocaloric isonitrogenous. results showed that total-tract digestibility dry matter crude protein increased linearly FCWM, we found trend for neutral detergent fiber potentially digestible NDF digestibility. Milk yield tended increase linear manner more consumed, energy-corrected production significantly supplementation result lactose yields. Plasma glucose IgG concentrations increasing supplementation, but malondialdehyde concentration decreased linearly. Concentrations total volatile fatty acids propionate leading decrease pH. relative abundance Prevotellaceae, Veillonellaceae, Prevotella Succinivibrionaceae Muribaculaceae fecal Ruminococcaceae, Ruminococcaceae UCG-005 Peptostreptococcaceae Overall, altered composition community improved fermentation cows, providing data reference use dairy production.

Intake and milk production of cows fed diets that differed in dietary neutral detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber digestibility.
The objectives of this study were to determine how feeding diets that differed in dietary neutral detergent fiber (NDF) concentration and in vitro NDF digestibility affects dry matter (DM) intake, ruminal fermentation, and milk production in early lactation dairy cows. Twelve rumen-cannulated, multiparous Holstein cows averaging 38 +/- 15 d (+/-standard deviation) in milk, and producing 40 +/- ...

Three experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of polyurethane coated urea on in vitro ruminal fermentation, ammonia release dynamics and lactating performance of Holstein dairy cows fed a steam-flaked corn-based diet. In Exp. 1, a dual-flow continuous culture was run to investigate the effect of polyurethane coated urea on nutrient digestibility, rumen fermentation parameters and ...
متن کاملThe Effect of Soybean Meal Heating Time on the in vitro Digestibility and Ruminal Fermentation Profile
The aim of this study was to determine the most optimal heating time in protection of protein rich feedstuff on digestibility and in vitro ruminal fermentation profile. Proteinous feedstuffs used in this study is soybean meal (Glycine max). This study is designed using one way ANOVA, with five treatments of heating time (T0 (control)= unheated, T1= 10 min, T2= 20 min, T3= 30 m...

This experiment was performed to investigate whether feeding xylose-treated soybean meal (XSBM) or corn gluten meal (CGM) is economically better under field conditions. Ninety-four multiparous early lactating Holstein cows (55±5 days in milk and 2.82±0.41 body condition score) were used in a completely randomized design. Cows were randomly assigned to one of two treatments: XSBM or CGM as the m...
