Obesity is the accumulation of excess adipose tissue that affects a person's health and physical psychosocial well-being. The classification based on body mass index, which makes it possible to compare prevalence rates worldwide. overweight have become global epidemic in both developed developing countries. objective this study assess obesity some results showed last two decades, world has more than doubled. predominance pronounced Western Westernized countries, are developed, countries where malnutrition coexist. This seen adults, adolescents children without exception gender. one main factors increase non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, musculoskeletal disorders types cancer world. Poor diet cause growing obesity.
