چکیده
The present trial was conducted to investigate the effect of inclusion dried periphyton in Nile tilapia diets on growth, digestive enzymes activity, haematological, oxidative stress and intestinal morphometric parameters. Five isoproteic (32%), isolipidic (5%) experimental were formulated, comprise graded levels (0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 10 g kg−1 diet). At end feeding trial, highest (P < 0.05) performance, feed utilization survival rate noticed fish fed diet contained diet. Also, amylase lipase activity markedly 0.5) higher Fish recorded value haemoglobin, haematocrit, red, white blood cells, neutrocyte, lymphocytes, monocytes eosinophil count. lowest level alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase Alkaline phosphatas (AP) observed Serum total protein, albumin, globulin, phosphorus calcium ≤ However, content creatinine, cholesterol, triglycerides low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol noted 10. Higher values superoxide dismutase catalase compared with other treatments. malondialdehyde attained by current showed suitability as a dietary supplement its supplementation up 7 for improving enzyme, serum biochemical, antioxidant response tilapia.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of different levels of dietary supplementation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on growth performance, feed utilization and body biochemical composition of Oreochromis niloticus fingerlings. Four diets containing supplementation at levels of 0, 0.5, 1 and 2 g kg−1 were fed to fingerlings of Nile tilapia (5.01±0.21 g) in four replicate tanks twice ...
متن کاملDistribution of intestinal enzyme activities along the intestinal tract of cultured Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus L
Regional distribution of intestinal enzymes in Nile tilapia was investigated using enzyme histochemistry. Samples from adult fish were obtained from the five major intestinal segments. Activities of maltase, leucine aminopeptidase, dipeptidyl aminopeptidase IV, lipase, non-specific esterases, and alkaline phosphatase were examined in each segment. All enzymes were present at specific sites alon...

Two experiments were conducted to assess the effects of dietary supplementation of an exogenous multi-enzyme (EME) preparation to 35to 65-d-old piglets on apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD), growth performance, digestive enzyme activities, and selected microbial populations in feces. In Exp.1, twenty eight 35-d-old piglets were randomly assigned to 7 dietary treatments (corn-soybean base...
