Diagnostic dilemma of Wegener’s granulomatosis and its effective management: A rare case report and update

Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) is an uncommon condition belongs to the group of ANCA-associated necrotizing vasculitides. It characterized by granulomatosis upper and lower respiratory system coexisting glomerulonephritis. Its signs symptoms are largely varied due a wide spectrum involvement sites. In present case report, we describe 26-year-old female presented our centre history bilateral ear discharge, earache, dry cough deviated mouth angle left. Diagnostic work up was done patient treated pulse methylprednisolone, plasmapheresis, rituximab. Timely diagnosis prompt initiation treatment has prevented GPA progression helped improve quickly. Currently, doing well in remission.
