‘Diabulimia’: current insights into type 1 diabetes and bulimia nervosa

چکیده

The combination of type 1 diabetes and bulimia nervosa has been referred to as ‘diabulimia’. prognosis is poorer in subjects with comorbid disorder than those isolated nervosa. Collaborative, integrated care needed the assessment treatment patients. In this review article we provide a formulation merging both transdiagnostic dual pathway models discuss latest evidence-based management for patients coexisting diagnoses.
