Abstract Agricultural drought is one of the most frequent natural disasters in India's southern part. Remote sensing-based indices give advantages terms continuous monitoring land surface. The crop production Warangal region part adversely affected due to insufficient rainfall and poor irrigation management. This study aims develop a multivariate remote composite index (CDI) monitor agricultural drought.
