This study aims to produce electronic teaching materials based on guided inquiry that are feasible and practical use in science learning increase motivation. The type of research used is development using the 4-D model. According experts, assessed feasibility, practicality student assessments, effect increasing instruments this consisted material feasibility assessment sheets, motivation questionnaires. results showed that: 1) developed had a level with value 77.0 or eligibility criteria good category, 2) response assessments 93.0 very good, 3) effective for students'
