چکیده
Industrial revolution has intensified water pollution due to the indiscriminate discharge of untreated industrial effluents into bodies, posing a serious threat whole ecosystem. Recently, floating treatment wetlands system (FTWs) technique been used as one most innovative, cost-effective and environment-friendly option for wastewater treatment. The present study is aimed at investigating Malachite green (MG) dye decolorizing potential Eichhornia crassipes (water hyacinth) through development bacterial augmented FTWs. To an artificial FTWs, vegetated with E. bioaugmented Pseudomonas putida sp., synthetically prepared MG enriched was added. Among all treatments developed, T2 (consisting dye, putida) performed best in reducing values electrical conductivity (EC), pH total dissolved solids (TDS) treated water. Bacterial inoculation proved fruitful assisting increased decolorization partnership also helped aquatic plant growth promotion. toxicity effects were studied phytotoxicity assay using FTWs on Pisum sativum seeds, satisfactory results obtained. From experimental results, it can be seen that have strong ability degrade decolorize textile effluents. We conclude plant-microbial assisted unique approach remediate before their release bodies.

متن کاملEco-Friendly Production of Silver Nanoparticles from Peel of Tangerine for Degradation of Dye
Green chemistry methods for production of nanoparticles have many advantages, such as ease of use, which makes the methods desirable and economically viable. The aim of the present work was to green synthesise silver nanoparticles (SNPs) using aqueous tangerine peel extract in different ratios (2:1, 1:1, 1:2). The formed SNPs were characterised using ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotomet...
