Development of an Electrochemical Sensor Conjugated with Molecularly Imprinted Polymers for the Detection of Enrofloxacin

An electrochemical sensor was fabricated for the rapid and simple detection of enrofloxacin (EF). Modification screen-printed gold electrodes (SPE) with molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) allowed by square wave voltammetry (SWV), measuring oxidation peak at +0.9 V. The principle is based on formation binding sites affinities specificities comparable those natural antibodies. showed a linear range 0.01–0.1 mM limit LOD 0.02 mM. development non-imprinted polymer (NIP) control better more efficient detection. In addition, portable, having advantage analyzing detecting molecules interest without need to take sample laboratory.
