Wind power is sustainable and prevalent virtually all over the globe. However, conversion efficiency of conventional single-rotor wind turbine (SRWT) still far from satisfactory. The dual-rotor counter-rotating concept among reliable techniques used to enhance a energy device for its renowned effectiveness. This study aims investigate performance Savonius dual/twin-rotor system, particularly in low-speed conditions while employing technique. evaluation this technique presented terms aerodynamic characteristics, including torque coefficients. results have shown that new was able improve system extensively capable operating lower speed condition. Compared an additional 42% more possible owing existence second rotor system. also revealed has been enhanced substantially. A corresponding average coefficient up 28% achieved. present thought be promising systems, sites with poor conditions.
