DEVELOPING THE ISLAMIC READING CENTER THROUGH FOSTERING THE VILLAGE YOUTH ORGANIZATION TO IMPROVE CHILDREN’S LITERACY

The study of literacy always becomes the main issue in education, because this skill is a benchmark for progress and development nation. Indonesia large country with area, however its wide area it turns out to be an obstacle terms equalizing education Indonesia. In fact, some rural villages have not had adequate access causes paradigm about among less open. Moreover, which majority population are Muslims, so skills improvement program being pursued should Islamic value. . Unfortunately, there been many reviews increasing based on education. Therefore, needs effort that can develop children especially nation's next generation. fostering youth organizations through Reading Center (IRC) aims increase children's collaborative (LC) starting from villages’ level, local government central involves organization sub-district, regency, culture agency, social regional national libraries, directorate general religious ministry Republic reading center provides books media managed by village.
