Developing <scp>LHS</scp> scholars’ competency around reducing burnout and moral injury

Despite the known benefits of supportive work environments for promoting patient quality and safety healthcare worker retention, there is no clear mandate improving within Learning Health Systems (LHS) nor an LHS wellness competency. Striking rises in burnout levels among workers provide urgency this topic. Methods We brought three experts on moral injury, prevention, ethics to a recurring, interactive training program “Design Shop” session, harnessing scholars’ ideas prior meeting. Generally following SQUIRE 2.0 guidelines, we evaluated prework discussion via informal content analysis develop set pathways developing injury prevention programs.
