Developing a Sense of Justice

In this paper I offer a conceptual characterization of the idea “sense justice” as suitable motivational basis for respect principles justice in force given society, and argue that similar concern can be found not only John Rawls, who expressely talks about notion, but also Aristotle. My main contention is both thinkers invite readers to conceive sense an attitude admitting various degrees, ranging from fear-inspired law up unconditional appreciation established constitutional laws stemming fom such principles. first part paper, will address Aristotle’s view natural capacity human beings sociability, political participation functional interdependence within city culminating virtue-based friendship. second contend that, Rawls’ view, individual at work after establishment public conception (contrary what prima facie reading A Theory Justice might suggest), phase ante legem.
