Scope Nowadays, a new era of orthopedic surgery is taking place. Procedures like ultrasound-guided interventions, invasive pain orthopaedics started to be widely performed. Objective The aim the project virtual development needle-knife surgical device useful for minimally orthopaedic procedures and other procedures. Method Three different needle devices were compared. One base model 1 two are experimental models 2 3. They based on metal guide intravenous catheter 14Gx2’’. one 14Gx2’’; flat beveled edge, 3 board bevel Edge. all graduated, parylene-coated, with stop handle guard. developed by 3D Design STEP Standard Format, Catia V5 2D Format Model. biomechanically simulated Virtual Biomechanical Strength Simulation (Software Simulia Abaqus).. Strengths assessed Needle Analysis (CAE Simulation). Results: present study compares three models.
