Determining the Risk of Intraoperative Pressure Injury in Patients Undergoing Elective Cranial Surgery

Purpose: Neurosurgical interventions are long and complex, additional difficulties encountered in positioning the operating room.The aim of study is to determine risk pressure injury development intraoperative period patients undergoing elective cranial surgery. 
 Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional was conducted with 127 who met inclusion criteria underwent surgery a city hospital between September October 2021. 3S Operating Room Pressure Injury Risk Diagnostic Scale were used collect data. Results: It determined that 55.1% female, their mean age 53.22±13.47 years, 61.4% had at least one chronic disease. 71.7% operated diagnosis cerebellar tumor. Stage 1 ulcers observed 37% patients. total score obtained from scale 14.87±2.83 low for injury. Age, body mass index duration surgical procedure found be independent factors affecting patients' room ulcer assessment score. Conclusion:It level.
