Determining consumption preferences of consumers considering quality attributes of drinking water

چکیده
The aim of the study was to determine main factors affecting consumption preferences consumers by considering quality characteristics drinking water according regions where they reside. For this pur-pose, data obtained from 400 living in central districts Iğdır province were used for Factor Analysis and Two-Step Clustering Analysis. Research results reported that physiological needs residing region I based on physical their preference, II relied chemical tap water, III focused cost advantages depending water. Therefore, supplying differentiated bottled hygienic conditions standards I, ensuring protection access local resources suitable II, maintaining reliability with good low supply sustainability use can have positive effects satisfaction.
