Determination of In-vitro antioxidant activity of Ougeinia oojeinensis leaves

چکیده
In this investigation, the In-vitro antioxidant Activity of extracts leaves Ougeinia oojeinensis was evaluated. The activity in vitro measured by means DPPH, Reducing power and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity. DPPH ethyl acetate extract exhibited percent inhibition 66.774% its IC50 value found to be 43.503μg/ml. methanol 76.267% 25.722μg/ml. Ascorbic acid used as a reference compound which 89.428% showed 15.615 μg/ml. Similarly 62.183% 69.341 Similary, 75.84% 33.360μg/ml. 87.749% 9.904 methanolic strong reducing capacity compared oojeinensis.
