Free radicals are unstable molecules caused by several electrons in the molecule that does not have a partner. can potentially trigger onset of various degenerative diseases. One efforts be made to ward off disease is consuming antioxidant compounds. Antioxidant compounds found plants with genus Allium, such as Allium cepa L. This study aims determine activity, flavonoid concentration, and phenolic concentration L extract. The DPPH method (2-2-diphenyl-1-picryhydrazil) used calorimetrically determined consensuality AlCl3, Follin-ciocalteu consensual sample. multilevel maceration sample extraction uses different polarity solvents, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, 96% ethanol. Based on research data, were ethanol extract but dichloromethane acetate extracts found. 4,125 mgQE/gr Phenolic was 1,071 mgGAE/gr IC50 value which 201,221 ppm. These results show activity classified moderate, values being between range 100-250
