چکیده

In the study, it was aimed to determine constituents of laurel fixed oil obtained from different genotypes (Laurus nobilis L.), which is one natural plants region and widely found in flora Hatay, by traditional, cold press soxhlet extraction methods. When GC/MS analysis results these oils were examined, main components traditional method as capric acid (2.49%), lauric (1.17%), myristic (0.16%), palmitic (13.69%), stearic (2.39%). ), oleic acid(55.01%), linoleic (10.56%) linolenic acid(0.11%). method, (0.24%), acid(9.24%), acid(0.98%), (18.41%), (2.84%), (38.59%), (23.67%) (2.19%), while determined (0.46%), (11.16%), (1.54%), (18.39%), (3.58%), (36.92%), (23.02%) (2.54%) method. As a result, did not change according methods, amounts changed. Therefore, that important.

Essential oil composition of Laurus nobilis L. of different growth stages growing in Iran.

The chemical variations of the essential oil from the aerial parts of Laurus nobilis L. (Lauraceae) have been studied. Plant material has been harvested at each phenological status (vegetative, before anthesis, full flowering and seed-bearing). The oils were obtained by hydrodistillation of the air-dried samples. Analysis by GC and GC-MS of the essential oils has allowed to identify 39 compound...

development of different optical methods for determination of glucose using cadmium telluride quantum dots and silver nanoparticles

a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...

Laurus nobilis: Composition of Essential Oil and Its Biological Activities.

Laurus nobilis is native to the southern Mediterranean region and cultivated mainly in Europe and the USA as an ornamental and medicinal plant. The chemical composition of the essential oil (EO) from leaves of L. nobilis, collected in Southern Italy, was studied by GC and GC-MS. In all, 55 compounds were identified, accounting for 91.6% of the total oil. 1,8-Cineole (31.9%), sabinene (12.2%), a...
