Determinants of Consumer’s Purchasing Behavior towards Online Food Delivery Services

This study aimed to examine the determinants of consumer purchasing behavior towards online food delivery services in Peninsular Malaysia. There were 384 respondents involved this from states that are Selangor, Johor, Pulau Pinang, and Terengganu through multi-stage cluster sampling convenience sampling. The data collected a questionnaire. uses descriptive analysis Multiple Linear Regression analysis. found three significant factors: perceived usefulness, attitude, behavioral intention. These demonstrate as much 59.2% variance Malaysia is obtained influence intention studied, attitude factor most influencing consumer’s (?=0.367, p?0.001). In conclusion, services. Therefore, line with study's findings, governments stakeholders need play important roles increasing Further studies can be expanded other form larger sample size representing whole for bias avoidance.
