The acquisition of new mobile genetic elements contributes to the diversity Vibrio cholerae strains. An important role in this process belongs material obtained from phages. aim work was identify phage-induced PLE islands strains V. O1 serogroup and determine resistance isolates with without those lytic activity diagnostic cholera El Tor bacteriophage. Materials methods .
