Detecting breast cancer through blood analysis using decision tree (J48) classification algorithm

Breast cancer is the second major cause of death in world. accounts for 16% all deaths worldwide. Most methods detecting breast very expensive and difficult such as mammography. The objective this research paper through blood analysis using J48 algorithm which will serve alternative to these methods.
 was used classify 116 instances also,10-fold cross validation holdout procedure were coupled changing random seed. Average accuracies 84.65% 89.99% acquired procedure. Although it also discovered that Blood Glucose level a determinant cancer, has be combined with other attributes make decision result health issues diabetes.
