چکیده
Abstract: Background and Aim: In an effort of drug development in the area HIV, present work deals with 2D 3D QSAR thiazolidinone derivatives against HIV-RT activity as a powerful method for elucidation relationships between structure activity. Materials Methods: were performed using MLR SA kNN respectively. Models which had higher predictability generated indicated from their statistical parameters. Results Discussion: Best models showed correlation coefficient r2= 0.9256 q2 =0.8623 =0.8444 QSAR. The requirement electro topological, electrostatic steric descriptors would significantly contribute to inhibitory Further few compounds designed outcome studies. Key words: Non-nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase, Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1, QSAR, Thiazolidin-4-one, Combilib.

In this study, a novel series of 4-thiazolidinone derivatives (1-17) was synthesized and evaluated for its in vitro antimicrobial and anticancer potentials. N-(2-(5-(4-nitrobenzylidene)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-oxothia- zolidin-3-ylamino)-2-oxoethyl) benzamide (7, pMICam = 1.86 µM/mL) was found to be the most active antimi- crobial agent. The anticancer study results demonstrated that N-(2-(5-(4-hy...

3D-QSAR Studies on Thiazolidin-4-one S1P1 Receptor Agonists by CoMFA and CoMSIA
Selective S1P(1) receptor agonists have therapeutic potential to treat a variety of immune-mediated diseases. A series of 2-imino-thiazolidin-4-one derivatives displaying potent S1P(1) receptor agonistic activity were selected to establish 3D-QSAR models using CoMFA and CoMSIA methods. Internal and external cross-validation techniques were investigated as well as some measures including region ...

The Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is one the most fatal disorders for which there have been no complete or successful chemotherapy yet. The pandemic spread of this disease has prompted an unprecedented scientific clinical effort to understand and propagate ways to combat it. Quantitative Structure–Activity Relationship (QSAR) study has been reportedly used to study topological indic...
