Designing of 2d-IIR Filter Using a Fused ESMA-Pelican Optimization Algorithm (FEPOA)

Many Digital Signal Processing (DSP) applications and electronic gadgets today require digital filtering. Different optimization algorithms have been used to obtain fast improved results. Several researchers Enhanced Slime Mould Algorithm for designing the 2D IIR filter. However, it is observed that did not achieve a better solution structure had slower convergence rate. In order overcome issue fused ESMA-pelican Optimization (FEPOA) utilized filter which incorporates pelican with slime (ESMA). At first, Chaotic Approach initialize population provides high-quality excellent diversity, after position of members identify correct individual in boundary search region. After that, by Tactical examine space exploration power FEPOA, then Fitness calculated randomly, best will be upgraded moved towards iterations. It repeats FEPOA phases until execution completes. Then gives optimal solution, enhances speed convergence, accuracy performances FEPOA. The implemented improve overall design. results provided accomplish necessary fitness 200 iterations, amplitude response maximum value =2,4,8 as well time 3.0158s, much quicker than other Genetic Algorithms often filters.
