Designing an electrochemical biosensor based tyrosinase for highly sensitive and rapid detection of bisphenol A and its derivatives

Bisphenol A (BPA) is a monomer commonly used in the production of epoxy resins, plastic bottles and dental filling materials. Due to its chemical structure, BPA derivates show activity similar endocrine hormones. It can bind estrogen receptors cause neurological disturbances, even at low doses. Therefore, it important determine derivatives quickly sensitively concentrations. In this study, single amperometric tyrosinase enzyme biosensor was designed for determination amount BPA, bisphenol F (BPF) S (BPS) monomers. Tyrosinase immobilized onto modified carbon paste electrode by cross-linking with glutaraldehyde. The (BPS BPF) determined directly on reduction quinone compound released as result enzymatic reaction ?0.15V. Km(app) value found 0.00067 ?M, linear operating range 0.001?0.005 ?M (a) 0.03?0.1 (b) lower detection limit 1 nM each monomer. clear that enable fast, efficient precise from materials
