Design principles for higher education teacher development

چکیده

This study moves from the research question: how to design a professional course/concept for development of higher education teachers’ digital competences? It presents Teknosofikum, project funded by Danish Ministry Higher Education and Science between 2020 2023. The outcome is course teachers with focus on competence. Grounded in sociomaterial theories, competence refers here capacity develop agency towards changes driven technology. comprises abilities evaluate why, when, what effects include technologies teaching. draws qualitative quantitative data gathered through design-based along first three iterations,with total 64 participants. findings show emergence principles: (i) relational approach technology; (ii) praxis; (iii)organized non-linearity. These principles will guide final format Teknosofikum course/concept.
