Design Optimization and Analysis of Rotor Blade for Horizontal-Axis Wind Turbine Using Q-Blade Software

چکیده


 Wind energy plays a tremendous role in power sector terms of wind turbine. Engineers and scientists are trying to improve the turbine design order get maximum efficiency from wind, which is one most cheap common renewable resource nature. The objective this study was horizontal rotor blade for site known data extract by using element theory analysis Q-Blade simulation. Eight different aerofoils thicknesses two NACA family 55xx 00xx were considered study. four blades designed having length 25 meter. Each consists combination these oriented at angles attack simulate it Reynolds numbers. Comparative done find optimum considering output rotational speeds observe effects changing chord twist angle final selected on output.
