چکیده
Abstract Micro Ring Resonator (MRR) is a successful micro-device with the help of which different types optical logic gates, processors, arithmetic units, etc. can be designed and integrated easily into modern high-speed communication network. In this article, at first, author has explained switching mechanism MRR then an optically controlled Feynman gate (i.e. reversible controlled-Not gate) using MRRs. The reliable speed very fast. change resonance condition occur when ring exposed in pump beam high intensity. processors Reversible Logic gates are more acceptable due to their data recovery capability low power consumption. circuit NOT Gate testified MATLAB simulation results. To fulfil demand for ultra-high-speed network, development primary requisite scheme will helpful developing such elements.

New Design of Reversible Full Adder/Subtractor using R gate
Quantum computers require quantum processors. An important part of the processor of any computer is the arithmetic unit, which performs binary addition, subtraction, division and multiplication, however multiplication can be performed using repeated addition, while division can be performed using repeated subtraction. In this paper we present two designs using the reversible R gate to perform t...
متن کاملTwo-curve-shaped biosensor using photonic crystal nano-ring resonators
We design a novel nano-ring resonator using two-dimensional photonic crystal (2D-PhC), for bio-sensing applications. The structure of biosensor is created by two-curve-shaped ring resonator which sandwiched by two waveguides. These are configured by removing one row of air holes. The refractive index of sensing hole is changed by binding an analyte. Hence, intensity of the transmission spectrum...
متن کاملRaman Mapping Analysis of Graphene-Integrated Silicon Micro-Ring Resonators
We present a Raman mapping study of monolayer graphene G and 2D bands, after integration on silicon strip-waveguide-based micro-ring resonators (MRRs) to characterize the effects of the graphene transfer processes on its structural and optoelectronic properties. Analysis of the Raman G and 2D peak positions and relative intensities reveal that the graphene is electrically intrinsic where it is ...
متن کاملIntegrated polymer micro-ring resonators for optical sensing applications
Micro-resonators (MR) have become a key element for integrated optical sensors due to their integration capability and their easy fabrication with low cost polymer materials. Nowadays, there is a growing need on MRs as highly sensitive and selective functions especially in the areas of food and health. The context of this work is to implement and study integrated micro-ring resonators devoted t...
متن کاملHigh confinement suspended micro-ring resonators in silicon-on-insulator.
We demonstrate suspended micrometer-scale ring resonators with quality factors exceeding 15,000. The high quality factor is achieved by using a suspension method where the disturbance of the optical mode due to the support arms is minimized. We show an insertion loss of less than .02dB per suspension bridge.
