Design of Injection Mould for Lithium Battery Heat Dissipation Device Connector Bottom Cover

Abstract The design process of the injection mould for Lithium battery heat dissipation device connector bottom cover is described in detail. In process, UG software used to establish three-dimensional model plastic part, and flow analysis carried out with help moldflow determine optimal gate position part. By determining parameters material, cavity layout part completed, basic size structure base are determined. Then, guide module was carry parting design, structural mould’s gating system, molding parts, lateral mechanism, core-pulling ejection exhaust system cooling completed turn. whole improved efficiency saved a lot time cost.
