Introduction: Hospitals must provide the best service to patients. The services include speed in service, being on time, and safe from medical errors. patients is electronic records. This study aims design with Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) prevent interaction drug content outpatient department. Methods: General background research a clinical decision support system for Departement. included: Business Process, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram. Five doctors, two nurses, pharmacist assistant were respondents. Qualitative FGD analyzed by transcripts looking similarities or differences, finding themes, developing categories.
