Abstract In order to solve the problem of cleaning complex surfaces and micro blind holes in industrial products, a small high frequency ultrasonic transducer was designed tested. Firstly, finite element model established, influence structural parameters on first longitudinal vibration analyzed. By adjusting transducer, determined be 58716hz.The harmonic response The results showed that when voltage amplitude applied piezoelectric ceramic sheet 80V, produced resonance at 58716 Hz, end face front cover an axial displacement about 3.34 µm . made according theoretical analysis results, sweep test carried out transducer. were consistent with which could meet requirements cleaning.
