The rise of the population produces an increase in number vehicles on road, which creates heavy traffic roads and that causes many issues for citizens cops extra two emergency instances so it’s necessary with developing technology to solve this problem. research, we used Arduino UNO microcontroller board build a new smart light controller (STLC). Signal lights produce congestion, system makes every attempt alleviate it. In paper, designed control by using problem congestion at intersection Dor al Moalemen Wasit city , working prevent jam reduce time, Using mega, ultrasonic sensor, camera esp32, suggested technique analyses manages everyday three-line intersection. Furthermore, achieves sync implements balance between each side green light. when Traffic violation will capture car send it database telegram.
