Design and Construction of a Low-Cost-High-Accessibility 3D Printing Machine for Producing Plastic Components

چکیده

The additive manufacturing process creates objects directly by stacking layers of material on each other until the required product is obtained. application technology for teaching and research purposes still limited unpopular in developing countries, due to costs lack accessibility. In this study, an extruding-based 3D printing was employed design construct a low-cost-high-accessibility machine manufacture plastic objects. designed using SolidWorks 2020 version with 10 × cm3 build volume. fabrication carried out locally available materials, such as PVC pipes frame, plywood bed, Zinc Oxide plaster bed surface. Repetier firmware operating environment devices running computer system. Cura used slicing software. fabricated tested, printer produced components desired structural dimensions. some PLA filament. recommended distance between nozzle tip 0.1 mm. constructed affordable accessible, especially nations where applications are unpopular.
