Descriptive of Pre Service English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Teachers’ Motivation to Become Teachers in Turkey

Purpose of the study: To describe motivation Pre Service English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Teachers to Become in Turkey, determine effect gender on pre-service EFL teachers become and find out influence community teacher's decision teacher
 Methodology: This study was conducted according mixed research method. The researcher analyzed Quantitative data with SPSS program (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). In program, created three tables, which are answer questions. qualitative by Computer-assisted analysis software (CAQDAS) Quirkos
 Main Findings: Participants were very excited because they going teachers; furthermore, during interview, all participants stated that society influenced their choice profession. addition, quantitative data, it appears motivated 9 factors choose teaching career choice.
 Novelty/Originality this one state universities Turkey participant number limited study. Also, short time. Due limitations, study’s findings conclusions can’t be generalized. More detailed long-lasting studies should carried understand motivations teachers.
