Head and facial injuries are one of the most common causes morbidity mortality in developed developing countries, which can also lead to a temporary or permanent disability. Trauma development be caused by variety factors such as: car accidents, falls, various sports, violence, assaults, domestic industrial trauma. Facial trauma scarring, is accompanied emotional psychological problems. Post-traumatic stress disorder, syndrome, depression usually associated with maxillofacial Injuries face jaw area play very important role person's appearance. It has many functions, as eating, breathing, smelling, hearing speaking. Dental high socioeconomic values increased hospital costs. Face global problem, they considered health care socio-economic problem all countries world. This affects both age groups population. The etiology soft tissue damage varies between within same country. These lesions serious clinical problems due their anatomical location. That why special attention should paid etiological mechanisms Epidemiological studies not only for identifying burden trauma, but resource management planning healthcare sector. type research helps us reduce even avoid area.
