Delivery after fetal death in women with earlier cesarean section. A review

چکیده
The clinical management of intrauterine fetal demise (IUFD) in women with a previous cesarean delivery presents dilemma for the obstetrician. With current reluctance obstetricians to perform vaginal birth after (VBAC) and paucity data counsel regarding maternal risks, options are limited by physician’s experience biases. In setting demise, safety becomes primary concern. Medicolegal pressures may prevent physicians from attempting trial labor this situation.In review we will focus on frequency IUFD section (CS), discuss (VBAC vs CS), different complications, methods induction as well risk factors delivery.
