Degrading methyl orange via prepare high dispersed TiO<sub>2</sub>/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> photocatalyst by combining anodizing and hydro-thermal technology

To improve the photocatalytic activity of titanium oxide, nanometer oxide powder was mixed with a phosphoric acid solution to form an electrolyte for preparing TiO2/Al2O3 coating on surface aluminum alloy. Hydrothermal technology has been used adjust crystalline structure oxide. Scanning electron microscope observe micromorphology anodic before and after treatment using hydrothermal technology. Results indicated that photocatalyst had porous structure. Energy dispersive spectrometry, x-ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy were confirm dispersed in coating. The degrade methyl orange solution, its absorbance by catalyst tested UV–vis spectroscopy. results could be degraded when doping amount is 8 g/l 100 min.
