چکیده
The multifaceted photodynamics of a simple azine based organic functional molecule namely 2-((Z)-((E)-(pyren-1-ylmethylene)hydrazono)methyl)quinolin-8-ol (PHQ) emphasizing its brilliant fluorescence emission redemption properties in aggregation state (AIEE) have been primarily explored through absorption and steady techniques. governing role photo-induced electron transfer (PET) rates active intramolecular motions non-interacting PHQ monomers at lower water fraction comprising mixed solvent systems identified to be the prime reasons for non-radiative annihilation photoexcited states. transition from weakly emissive highly has substantiated elaborate study using time-resolved photoluminescence (TRPL), quantum yield variation external control experiments. In current study, increased rotational relaxation time aggregated hydrosol, responsible AIEE, is investigated anisotropy measurement (TRAM) different microenvironments, which unprecedented best our knowledge AIEE research. Interestingly, high-angle annular dark field-scanning transmission microscopy (HAADF-STEM) image shows one dimensionally grown molecular entity single nano-sheet like structure PHQ, unique observation. average particle size aggregates also 84.5 nm 814 corresponding 10% 90% fw (water volume %) system respectively. energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) employed, first research, reveals gradual increase amount carbon within microstructure with addition water. present being rotor system, provides future prospect probing local microenvironmental viscosities biological systems.

Developing a deeper insight into reproductive biomarkers
The development of biomarkers of reproductive medicine is still in its infancy because many black boxes are still present in reproductive medicine. Novel approaches to human infertility diagnostics and treatment must be developed because reproductive medicine has lagged behind in the implementation of biomarkers in clinical medicine. Despite the dearth of the available literature, the current r...
متن کاملLasing properties of a cholesteric liquid crystal containing aggregation-induced-emission material.
We demonstrate band edge lasing action from a cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) containing an aggregation-induced-emission (AIE) dye as gain material. AIE materials do not suffer aggregation-caused quenching, have strong resistance to photobleaching, and can show large Stokes shift. The amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) and lasing emission of the dye-doped CLC cell have been characterized, th...

New thermally stable aggregation-induced emission enhancement compounds were synthesized. A non-doped red device showed a maximum brightness of 13,535 cd m(-2), a maximum current efficiency of 6.81 cd A(-1), a maximum power efficiency of 4.96 lm W(-1) and a low turn-on voltage of 4.3 V.
متن کاملEnhancement of Aggregation-Induced Emission by Introducing Multiple o-Carborane Substitutions into Triphenylamine.
The enhancement of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) is presented on the basis of the strategy for improving solid-state luminescence by employing multiple o-carborane substituents. We synthesized the modified triphenylamines with various numbers of o-carborane units and compared their optical properties. From the optical measurements, the emission bands from the twisted intramolecular charge ...
متن کاملBRCAness: a deeper insight into basal-like breast tumors.
The molecular scenario of breast cancer has become more complex in the last few years. Distinguishing between BRCA-associated, sporadic, HER2-enriched and triple-negative tumors is not sufficient to allow effective clinical management. Basal-like breast cancer, a subtype of triple-negative breast cancer, differs from others grouped under this heading. Commonalities between BRCA-related tumors a...
