Stability of multivitamins containing drug products especially the syrups remains one most important factor which restrains from getting desired therapeutic effects as its ingredients decompose quickly compared to other Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), therefore, stability assessment is necessary check effect climatic conditions on syrups’ decomposition. The study aimed assess level decomposition vitamins in different by placing them chambers with storage and then comparison assay contents syrups. Different brands were selected for estimation values vitamins/ingredients when stored at Real Time Accelerated recommended ICH countries categorized zone IV-A. samples analyzed analytical techniques such HPLC, UV- Spectrophotometry redox titration method 3rd 6th month timepoints. conducted showed that nicotinamide had ranging 30% 95%, Pyridoxine 79% Thiamine 22 % 66%, Riboflavin 35% 58% Ascorbic acid 21% 71% real time (300C) condition. revealed 26% 89%, 94%, 9 35%, 24 55%, 10 55% accelerated (400C) stable ingredient was 74% 95% sample Sample no A1.
 It evident data presented degradation more frequent product under i.e. 400C±2/75%±5RH compare results studies studies’ 300C±2 C/65%±5RH. concluded must be below 25oC. manufacturers should mention ‘Store Below 25 C0’ label outer carton product.
