چکیده
Abstract The treatment of azo dye effluent from the dyeing process, as well sustainable development environment, can all be achieved through use green mycoremediation. In this in vitro study, Trichothecium roseum was isolated by sedimentation technique environment an unplasticized polyvinyl chloride pipe manufacturing plant and used to decolourize optimise biosorption percentage Azo Lanasyn Navy M-DNL dye. T. also test decolourization dyes M-DNL, Isolan Black 2S-LDN, Yellow 2S-GLN. outcomes showed that has highest (94%). found adsorbed onto surface using scan electron microscopy Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy investigations. Under ideal optimisation parameters, beads immobilised cells 96%, 97%, respectively, for number 60, fresh weight 1 g, incubation temperature 25 °C, pH 6, concentrations 10 mg/l, sucrose g/l. Langmuir Freundlich adsorption isotherms show good agreement between isotherm model process. Also, elution cycle effective enough employed five cycles sixty cells. current study suggests is influencer create a successful strategy handling dye-contaminated effluents.

Bio-decolourization of azo-dye under anaerobic batch conditions
Anaerobic treatment system was used for determination of colour removal under batch conditions. Azo-dye (Reactive Black 5, RB 5) with glucose as a carbon source was used as a synthetic wastewater. The decolourization process follows first order kinetics with respect to RB 5 azo-dye concentration in batch conditions. Decolourization rate constant (k1) value for dye concentration of 150 mgL was 0...

Lignin degrading white rot fungus, Trametes versicolor isolated from the logs of Acacia nilotica L.Del.sp. indica in the Western Ghats region of Tamil Nadu, India. The fungus was used for the decolourization of azo dyes such as orange G, congo red and amido Black 10 B and also for colour removal from the dye industry effluents. Batch studies were conducted in a defined medium with pH-4.5. The r...
متن کاملExperimental Studies on Decolourization of Azo Dye in Textile Effluent by using Bio Remediation Technique
Studies were carried out on the decolorization of azo dyes by Bacillus species from effluent of textile industries. About 10 bacterial strains were isolated from the effluent of textile industries, Bacillus sp. showed remarkable ability in decolorizing the widely utilized azo dyes. Phenotypic characterization and phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA sequence comparisons indicate that these s...

Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize the decolourization of the diazo dye Sirius rose BB (SR) by crude laccase from the white-rot fungus Trametes sp. strain CLBE55. A Box–Behnken design using RSM with six variables, namely pH, incubation temperature, enzyme (laccase) concentration, 1-hydroxybenzotriazol (HBT) concentration, dye concentration and incubation time was used in...
متن کاملRoseocardin, a novel cardiotonic cyclodepsipeptide from Trichothecium roseum TT103.
A new cyclodepsipeptide, designated roseocardin, was isolated from the culture broth of Trichothecium roseum TT103. Roseotoxin B and destruxins A and B were also isolated during the same procedure. The structure of roseocardin was determined by EI-MS, NMR and X-ray crystallographic analysis. Roseocardin as well as the other cyclodepsipeptides were shown to produce positive inotropic effects on ...
