چکیده
Industrial wastewater including dye waste disposal, has been released in a massive amount and is difficult to degrade, especially synthetic dyes. In this study, 10 different types of fungi were isolated from decayed wood UTM forest labelled as S1-S10. Two dyes chosen for which Procion Red MX-5B (PRMX5B) Remazol Brilliant Violet 5R (RBV5R). These screened their ability decolor both further tested the liquid medium under several parameters; carbon nitrogen sources, initial pH value, temperature, agitation. S1 decolorized PRMX5B efficiently with addition glucose (45%), ammonium nitrate (61%), 3 (69%), temperature 37°C (49%), agitation 100 rpm whereas S2 (60%), (70%), (46%), (74%). demonstrated efficient decolorization RBV5R (80%), (62%), 3, (75%), (90%), (52%), (67%), (71%).The percentage was measured by using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. then identified 18sr RNA method. Based on macroscopic microscopic characteristics polygenetic tree, belong Trichoderma koningiopsis atroviride.

Decolorization and biodegradation of remazol reactive dyes by Clostridium species
Decolorisation and biodegradation efficacy of potential strains isolated from dyeing effluent collected from Tirupur region, Tamil Nadu, India were studied in remazol reactive dyes. Two potential strains Clostridium butyricum (EI05) and Clostridium acetobutylicum (EI25) identified by biochemical tests in our previous study were studied for their decolorising efficiency on various remazol reacti...
متن کاملLigninolytic Enzymes Production and Remazol Brilliant Blue R Decolorization by Tropical Brazilian Basidiomycetes Fungi
Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) dye was used as substrate to evaluate ligninolytic activity in 125 basidiomycetous fungi isolated from tropical ecosystems. The extracellular RBBR decolorizing activity produced when selected fungi were grown in solid media and in soil contaminated with organochlorines was also evaluated. A total of 106 fungi decolorized the RBBR during the growth in malt extract...

The oxidative degradation of Procion Red MX-5B by solar Fenton’s has been investigated using sunlight as irradiation source in presence of hydrogen peroxide and Fe2+. Maximum decolorization (99%) and COD removal (97%) for MX-5B was obtained at H2O2 dose of 16.6 mM and at 30 min irradiation time. Fe2+ dose of 0.36 mM was optimum for Procion Red MX-5B degradation. The solar degradation mechanism ...

Efficiency of white-rot fungi-Stereum ostrea (S. ostrea) as a test culture and Phanerochaete chrysosporium (P. chrysosporium) as a reference culture in colour removal from a textile dye, Remazol brilliant blue-19 (RBB-19) in medium was compared in this study. S. ostrea was more efficient than P. chrysosporium in decoloration process. Different parameters pH, temperature, sources of carbon and n...
متن کاملAzo Dye Biodecolorization Enhanced by Echinodontium taxodii Cultured with Lignin
Lignocellulose facilitates the fungal oxidization of recalcitrant organic pollutants through the extracellular ligninolytic enzymes induced by lignin in wood or other plant tissues. However, available information on this phenomenon is insufficient. Free radical chain reactions during lignin metabolism are important in xenobiotic removal. Thus, the effect of lignin on azo dye decolorization in v...
