Decision Support for Defining Adaptive Façade Design Goals in the Early Design Phase

Compared to conventional façades, adaptive façades (AFs) can adjust their properties in response environmental changes and user requirements. Often performed through the integration of actuators, sensors, control units, this provides benefits such as reduced energy consumption buildings but also increases complexity façade design.
