Sensors in many applications must select the largest element a sequence of currents. This can be performed an analog way by Winner-Take-All (WTA) circuit. paper considers classic version WTA Lazzaro circuit, working with MOS devices subthreshold regime. Since separation gainer analytically computable “decision levels” has recently been introduced, this aims to numerically verify and discuss these levels their dependence on circuit device parameters. For VT, threshold voltage devices, which is primarily responsible for differences between components (mismatch), its relationship output voltages theoretically demonstrated checked.
