چکیده
Diseases like widespread diabetes or rare galactosemia may lead to high sugar concentrations in the human body, thereby promoting formation of glycoconjugates. Glycation collagen, i.e. glucose bridges, is nonenzymatic and therefore cannot be prevented any other way than keeping level low. It relates secondary diseases, abundantly occurring aging populations diabetics. However, little known about effects glycation collagen on molecular level. We studied vitro effect glycation, with D-glucose D-galactose as well D-ribose, structure type 1 by preparing decellularized matrices bovine pericardia soaked different solutions, at increasing (0, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 40 mg ml −1 ), incubated 37°C for 3, 14, 30 90 days. The tissue samples were analyzed small- wide-angle X-ray scattering scanning mode. found that galactose produce similar changes they mainly affect lateral packing between macromolecules. ribose much faster provoking a larger packing, but also seems cause qualitatively structure.

Microleakage of Bulk-Fill Composites at Two Different Time Points
Objectives: Microleakage is the main concern in composite restorations. This study aimed to compare the microleakage of two bulk-fill and one conventional composite at two different time points. Methods: Class II cavities were prepared in 60 premolar teeth and divided into six groups of 20. Groups 1 and 4 were incrementally filled with Grandio composite. Groups 2 and 5 were filled with X-tra...
متن کاملCapability of Chlorella vulgaris to remove nitrate and phosphate at different concentrations and condition: studied by response surface methodology
In order to study the capability of microalgea Chlorella vulgaris in removal of nitrate and phosphate from water, the effects of initial concentration of nitrate and phosphate and photoperiod were investigated in 20 experiments proposed by response surface methodology. The most effective factors in nitrate removal include initial nitrate concentration, photoperiod and interaction of phosphate-p...
متن کاملNano-structural Characterization of Post-annealed ZnO Thin Films by X-ray Diffraction and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy
ZnO thin films were deposited on Si(400) substrates by e-beam evaporation technique, and then post-annealed at different annealing temperatures (200-800°C). Dependence of the crystallographic structure, nano-strain, chemical composition and surface physical Morphology of these layers on annealing temperature were studied. The crystallographic structure of films was studied using X-Ray Diffracti...
متن کاملX-Ray Diffraction and Scanning Probe Microscopy
Diffraction can occur when electromagnetic radiation interacts with a periodic structure whose repeat distance is about the same as the wavelength of the radiation. Visible light, for example, can be diffracted by a grating that contains scribed lines spaced only a few thousand angstroms apart, about the wavelength of visible light. X-rays have wavelengths on the order of angstroms, in the rang...
