Debt Crisis (2008-2019): Impacts Towards Greece’s National Security

The Greek crisis began in November 2009, triggered by the turmoil of global Great Recession, structural weaknesses economy, and a lack monetary policy flexibility as member Eurozone. Since that time, Greece's economy has started to deteriorate due growing debt load an unmanageable deficit are having impact on national security. Thus, this study examined Greece’s security using secondary data from 2009 2018.This three objectives, namely examining (1) factor contributed crisis; (2) impacts its security; (3) approach overcome crisis. By qualitative approach, scientific material such thesis, journal papers online were collected. findings revealed there four factors led Greece political, government expenditure revenue, social EU enforcement regulations; other countries, including US Eurozone, well itself, have been impacted crisis' repercussions social, economic, aspects; had go through series restructuring be free This concludes, poor administration, negative security, politics, society.
