DC Microgrid Protection System Based on Positive Channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor

چکیده

Abstract DC microgrid has received extensive attention and research because of its natural advantages improving the consumption efficiency distributed power sources, in line with development trend clean environment intelligent operation grids future. However, short-circuit fault protection is a major challenge for microgrid. Therefore, author proposes solid-state circuit breaker positive channel metal oxide semiconductor as main switch, through simulation, it verified that this feasible. The experimental results show when proposed normally turned on, completely which no effect on flow microgrid; occurs system, current used to couple energy, reliably off. stability reliability system are improved, can be applied microgrid, good application prospect.
