چکیده
A special feature of digital markets and business models is the high importance (user) data. The control ability to analyze large amounts data (big data) can create competitive advantage. Thus, for economic success companies should be given more consideration in competition law proceedings. In search services competition, quality factor plays a decisive role, since expected results determines which engine will used by users. Since engines influence retrievability web pages users, preference own index may constitute an abusive behavior dominant engine. purpose this paper provide answers on questions, among other, whether regulation aimed at preventing abuses necessary or obligation publish algorithm advocated.
