Data Model Design to Support Data-Driven IT Governance Implementation

Organizations must quickly adapt their processes to understand the dynamic nature of modern business environments. As highlighted in literature, centralized governance supports decision-making and performance measurement technology companies. For this reason, a reliable system with an integrated data model that enables rapid collection transformation stored heterogeneous different sources is needed. Therefore, paper proposes design implement data-driven through literature review adopted approaches. The lack standardized procedure disconnection between theoretical frameworks practical application has emerged. This documented suggested approach following these steps: (i) mapping monitoring requirements structure, (ii) documentation ER diagram design, (iii) reporting dashboards used for reporting. helped fill gaps by supporting development DWH coupled BI system. prototype shows benefits top management, particularly those responsible operations, especially risk monitoring, audit compliance, communication, knowledge sharing on strategic areas company, identification implementation improvements optimizations.
