Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 pada Kelayakan Usaha Perikanan Rajungan di Teluk Banten

The Archipelagic Fishing Port of Karangantu located in Banten Bay is one the blue swimming crab fishing centers Java Sea. Covid-19 pandemic had significant effect on fisheries Karangantu, especially increasing operational cost, decreasing price, and limited acces for market distribution. This study aims to analyse feasibility activity using bottom gillnet after pandemic. research was conducted May-June 2021 Karangmulya Village, Kasemen District, Serang City with a total 22 respondents. data were collected deep interview each respondent who selected purposively. analysis business based parameters ratio between income costs (R/C), payback period (PP), net present value (NPV). results show induced R/C from 2.08 before 1.81 pandemic, respectively. PP also increased 0.65 years 0.68 years. Moreover, potential profit decreased IDR 55 million 52 However, due positive NPN value, crabs actvity gill nets still feasible be developed.
